Building Blocks for Survivorship Tuesday evenings, April 2013
All programs will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays at Brookdale Place Overland Park, 6101 W. 119th St., Overland Park, KS 66209. All patients and caregivers affected by chronic illness are welcome to attend. All who pre-register will receive a light meal at the program.
