First Connection - Volunteer Application

Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for the First Connection Peer Support Program with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada. As the program matches clients and volunteers as closely as possible on diagnosis, type of treatment, and demographic information the LLSC requires detailed personal information on your cancer experience.

Criteria: need to be one year post treatment or managing a chronic type of cancer

Personal information is used only for the purpose of delivering the program.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancers. We also provide free information and support services to patients and caregivers. The LLSC mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
